We’re deeply committed to supporting our community members who are facing food insecurity. Every Wednesday from 5 PM to 7 PM, as well as every Sunday right after church, we provide food to anyone who is struggling to feed themselves or their families. This vital effort is made possible thanks to the generous contributions from local restaurants like El Pollo Loco, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Chick-fil-A. We invite you to join us in this important work; your in-kind and monetary donations can truly make a difference in the lives of local families in need. Together, we can help ensure that no one goes hungry.

Each year, on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, we come together with open hearts to host our cherished "Annual Community Day." This event is a heartfelt opportunity for us to strengthen our bonds with local neighbors and warmly welcome individuals from outside our congregation into a nurturing and friendly environment.

During this special day, we provide free resources such as food, clothing, family activities, entertainment, and essential health resources—all with the hope of uplifting our community. 

Our Annual Community Day not only brings our church members together in a spirit of hospitality and teamwork, but it also serves as a testament to our core values of love, generosity, and compassion. We are truly proud to make a positive impact in our neighborhood, fostering connections and caring for one another in meaningful ways.

For over 15 years, our ministry has passionately addressed the educational and social needs of our youth. Through our Annual Christmas Toy Drive, we invite our community to come together in a spirit of generosity, sharing holiday gifts with children in need and embodying Christian love and support. By uplifting parents and caregivers who face financial hardship, this program delivers joy to children on Christmas morning, fostering happiness and a profound sense of being cherished during the holiday season.

Our journey began with the “Adopt-a-Senior” program and has evolved into “Doris’ Hands – Senior Service Center.” Each month, our dedicated volunteers visit seniors in our community, sharing moments of companionship through arts and crafts, fun activities, and uplifting songs to bring joy and connection into their lives.

Volunteers form personal relationships with seniors in need, often visiting those facing illness or grief. We provide comfort through shared prayers and literature, and support bereaved families by donating Gift Baskets and food for their re-pass services. Our mission is to lift the spirits of those who may lack nearby family or friends during challenging times, ensuring they feel cared for and not alone.

Our “Beyond Sunday Outreach Program” is dedicated to reaching individuals beyond the walls of the church, providing a sense of hope and connection to those who may feel overlooked. Our mission is to touch the lives of community members who might otherwise fall through the cracks, including those with criminal backgrounds, ex-felons, or anyone in need of a little extra support. Through the use of a public announcement system and informative brochures, our compassionate volunteers strive to foster meaningful connections and share the love of the Word of God with those who are yearning for guidance and assistance.
